Meet John 

John is a fully qualified nutritional advisor and coach with a real interest in good nutrition. Having battled with his own weight for years, and tried every fad diet going, he managed to unlock his own health and wellbeing in his early 20s, losing over 6 st/38kg in weight. This was later followed by a successful sporting career as a champion GB para-ski racer.

Today, John wants to share his own success, and the tools and strategies he used to take control of his own weight, health and wellbeing. Whether you're just starting out on your journey, have tried and struggled, or a are gym-goer and athlete, John can help.

John's approach is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and he offers nutritional advice that is tailored to your needs. Instead of a highly restrictive and difficult to sustain diet, John believes in providing you with the information you need to take control and create a lasting lifestyle change that will benefit you for years to come.
